The marriage is threatened when the husband’s first love returns to town. The primary problem with this year’s PÖLP is that there are very few classic film screenings, far less than the screenings planned for PÖLP 2023. As a viewer, I am devastated by the sheer number of new movies by inexperienced hands that play with concepts. techniques, but its beautiful covers contain some revealing and inspiring pieces. Absence of classic and time-tested films, therefore, accounts for the lack of spice for my nerves. However, among the newer films, Out of Control, made by mature director Le Ny, stands out as a solidly established, gripping and emotionally complex thriller.
